I started my own business in 2010 as a sales and business 'gun for hire' utilising my experience in sales, sales process and exhibitions within my clients. Over the years, I specialised more and more in the process and optimisation aspects of sales and marketing - with a particular focus on exhibiting and exhibitions.
I help clients with their sales messages and their sales process. Always looking to shorten the time between initial interest and purchase. A fast, educated decision to buy is what you want - but you don't always get it.
I found this was due to a lack of clarity of what to do NOW to accelerate the process and my clients would experience 'aha' moments from the workshops I did - clarity + focus = positive results
During 2018, all these pieces came together. After seeing first hand the show sponsor literally waste a five figure sum, Exhibition Mastery was born. I became a student of what made my exhibitions so good. This new combination of business and sales process coupled with excellent stand skills practically guarantees a positive result in exhibiting.
During the 2020 pandemic, with a lack of face to face anything, this new approach was pivotable. I Joined the global Exhibition Think Tank to help shape the future of events and how they operate and run. That's fun! I took advantage of the downtime, educated myself in more marketing and business improvement skills and techniques to serve you - my clients - better.
What else about me. I'm a family man. I truly believe in the small to medium business, the High Street and giving these businesses that skills and resources to be the best they can.
I am a part time rock star and have graced the same stage as Scouting for Girls and The Zutons!
